The jacket shell is constructed with a combination of 500 denier DuPont Cordura, 500 denier nylon and 1680 denier Ballistic Nylon, all with a Polyurethane coating for durability and water resistance A waterproof, breathable barrier provides breathability without compromising the water resistant integrity of the garment Jacket Shell interior is lined with a soft polyester mesh for comfort A removable zip-out liner with quilting, snap-in cuffs and a chest pocket uses 150g Polyfill insulation in the body and 100g Polyfill in the sleeves to maximize warmth in cold weather riding conditions The collar and cuffs are lined with a soft, comfortable and washable Sheepskin leather, the cuff also features a Schoeller Stretch gusset for increased adjustability Waterproof zippered chest vents combine with sleeve vents, rear exit vents and the Pipeline Ventilation System to provide a controlled flow of air through the jacket The chest vents feature a Shock Cord Opening System that maximizes the vent opening with the simple pull of a cord, thus increasing the amount of air inducted into the jacket All vents are backed with Tour Masters own ARMOR-LINK mesh to provide maximum air- flow while maintaining strength YKK zippers throughout feature either TPR or padded zipper pulls for ease of operation Two vertical waterproof zippered chest map pockets, two hand warmer pockets, dual zippered fanny pack plus an interior mobile phone pocket provide ample and functional storage Elbows, shoulders and back are protected with Cortechs removable Triple Density Armor Durable, Thermo-plastic Rubber logos
