These Chrome Passenger Floorboards Are Sold In Pairs and Fit Various Metric Cruiser Models Requires Bike Specific Adapters Sold SeparatelyThis system allows the mounting of our new ISOBoards to passenger mounts on popular metric cruisers. These stylized footboards feature our finely chromed ISOBoards,with cushy,full length ISO rubber inserts for great looks and unbeatable comfort.,The cast brackets allow the ISOBoards to be mounted directly to peg mounts with additionally required Splined Adapter Mounts.This item might come with some rainbowing effect on the chrome. This is due to the adhesive used to glue the rubber pieces into place. Once this product is out of the packaging and is cleaned,the rainbowing effect will not not return.IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THIS PART YOU WILL NEED A SPLINED ADAPTER KIT WHICH IS SOLD SEPARATELY. If Kuryakyn does not supply an adapter kit for your bike model,you will not be able to install it. Important Notice: Placing these footboards on mounts intended for footpegs may prohibit them from folding up in the same manner as the stock peg. While the board may be rotated on the mount for a comfortable foot position,some angles may cause the board to contact other components on the bike before the board is folded up completely. Also,if the board is used for driver not recommended and is positioned so it will fold up as stock,the trailing end of the board may be in a position that could limit cornering clearance. Before ordering be aware of components on the bike that may interfere with the placement of the footboards.If your bike came with floorboards,these WILL NOT fit your bike These are designed to replace footpegs,not boards.Note: The reviews prior to October 2007 have been for the part number 7907. Kuryakyn redesigned this product to allow for a splined adapter. See image 2 for differences between KY4455 and KY7916.
