The 631122 AirCharger Assembly gained an amazing 12.92 HP at the rear wheel on a s ock 2009 HD 96ci Street Glide. It increases power by eliminating the restrictive stock OE air cleaner and replacing it with a custom mandrill bent aluminum intake tube and an original KN HighFlow Air Filter. It mounts directly to the throttle body via a billet aluminum mount.The AirCharger gives touring models an aggressive appearance while providing a significant increase in airflow. Thecomplete intake assembly is powdercoated black,in order to withstand the corrosion from the elements. An oversized air filter is used,lowering restriction while providing high dirt capacity. The KN HighFlow Air Filter is washable,reusable,preoiled and ready for installation. A KN DryCharger is supplied for longer service intervals and increased protection in wet conditions.
